"The main dispatch tol me the driver did not receive the correct flight number with terminal location and that it was my fault for incorrectly filling out the form. As you can see from my confirmation email that is not true. Ahmet was professional and courteous and did a great job.
If he is available for our trip tomorrow we would gladly ride with him again. "
