"We got the taxi on time to the venue, but coming back the taxi was 25 minutes late. As it was 1am and cold, we had to wait for 25 minutes in the cold. I understand there was traffic coming into the venue, but this should have been accounted for and the bus could have left slightly earlier. Otherwise the everything was great, the bus was nice and the driver was perfect! "
