"We had arranged for a change to the two pickups. This was confirmed by email. Driver was unaware of the change and refused to do the pickup in the order requested as he had another booking. Fortunately the couple at the rearranged first booking saw the coach and flagged him dow. In the end, no big deal. The driver was punctual for the return journey as well."
